Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Drum Circle India.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

All the event tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable. In case of goods purchased the refunds will be allowed if product within the package is received cracked or broken. The refunds will be processed if you have to provided a good quality unboxing video, where the product defect should be visible. Once the product will be received back with us, your payment will be processed back to your source account or you can raise a request for a replacement too. In a case of event, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another event, subjected to availability as discussed with the team via email.
